BI - WEEKLY CV DESK HUDDLE 9/28/26
Happenings: Emsculpt treatments for the staff now till October 15th! Take advantage and get treated! We are now PROUD sponsors of a Women’s professional team- The Grand Rapids Rise Women’s Volleyball Team- There will be many opportunities to attend games or help promote CV. Let us know if you want to be involved!!
I have made an extension form in goggle. Karinne will be filling it out and submitting it for me to order the hair. An email notification will come to info@. Moving forward, when a client is paying for extensions at check out Karinne will confirm the charge in BLVD is correct. If the install is booked within a week of ordering, we will be putting a $25 extension shipping charge on the client. I have added that in BLVD and communicated that to Karinne.
Our Focus: These next 2 week lets really focus on filling the empty days! At the beginning of the day look at the next couple weeks. Who has openings? Where do we have gaps? Try to offer these times first to clients.
Also, offer every client to book through the holidays. Some stylists are filling up. Let the client know you recommend getting on the schedule.
REMINDERS: Please add all new clients a new client follow up call on a Wednesday or Friday morning. Abby is doing these so make sure it is on one of those days.
Following up with client cancellations. This is another way to make sure we are filling the books. Reaching out to clients that have canceled and have not rescheduled. Easiest way is to look at the cancellations in BLVD and follow up with a phone call.
I have completed the desk schedule through the end of the year. Lydia is no longer on desk, so she can focus on the assistant program. Addison is all set to cover any shifts. Please reach out to the desk chat when needing coverage. Mary is now off Saturdays!! Thanks ladies and reach out to me with anything :)
